Hope you all had an amazing holiday weekend! We took a little pause for a couple of days around the farm…minus tending to the livestock but back and going today! Let me tell ya it was HOT.. I walked through some soybean fields this afternoon! We got 0.03 inches of rain Saturday, I am thankful for even that little amount…but we need a good rain! I watched all day rain go around us…but thankful for the rain other farmers got! We all need it, we are all in this together! Trying to be as positive as possible with you all.. but I have to be honest if we don’t get any rain here soon though things really are going to go downhill..and fast… Praying the forecast is right and it rains Friday and Saturday! On another note though since it was so hot this afternoon, I believe the beans felt a couple of drops but.. I had to remind them it was just sweat… New youtube video will be uploaded in the morning!
