Good morning followers… My bucket is almost full…(my rain gauge) Don’t judge me…I haven’t moved my weather station over here yet… Papa said they got 1.3 inches…Uncle Johan 1.5 inches Last night I stayed up past my “bedtime” Why? Because I heard the thunder… saw the lightening…. and waited on the rain… Shortly after hearing the rain, I sensed calmness and knew it was time to rest.. I slept like a baby..Slept till 8:30 which almost never happens.. This rain was an answer for some relief and growth on the farm/farms..moisture in the soil…yes we need more especially with the hot days, the soil was very dry…But if we could’ve gotten any rain.. this was the best we could’ve received….I looked at the weather forecast multiple times over the week …the fluctuation in amounts and days where we were supposed to get rain and it missed us! I’ve decided I can’t base my life on the forecast, literally..At the beginning and end of the day those things are beyond our control.. Only the man upstairs, knows what is bound to happen… Thankful the bucket is full this morning, just as my heart. I hope everyone got a good amount of rain last night! I pray there is more in the forecast, even though we cannot see it.. Happy Saturday! How are you enjoying this day? I’m heading out shortly to go work and worm the flock..and I’ll be taking you all along on next YouTube video!
