As I woke up this morning to head over to farm and continue working on house, I just felt a heavy heart!

So much going on right now, a bit overwhelmed, life in general, moving to a new house, repairs and remodeling, buying a farm, fencing plans, work, school, loads of decisions and steps and soon soybean harvest at Lively H and then my farm!

I would be lying if a few tears have been shed this week!

You see we can all, act like everything is okay but in reality your holding it together. Life is STRESSFUL, add 2020 and now 2021 in it, shew help us all! Lots of change!

We all have things going on right now, all are different, some hide it better than others and bottle it up, some crack! We all worry, we all stress, some overthink, some cry, some have failed, some have achieved, but in all this we all get stronger! You GROW through whatever your going through!

You friend, reading this whatever your going through… it could be worse, it could be better, it could be easy, it could be hard but IT WILL ALWAYS be worth it! Read that again. Sometimes we can’t understand why, or how much longer or what’s next! But we do know, even in the times of breakdown, you’ve got to push through. YOU CAN, YOU WILL and in the end it will all be WORTH IT!

Today I decided to come sit on my new front porch, I decided to drink black coffee, (which my papa always said would grow hairs on my chest haha.)

I decided to enjoy the fresh air and bird chirping, I decided to breathe and relax in the moment!

Do you know how amazing it felt?

I challenge you to find a favorite quite spot and just breathe today! Reflect and make a game plan for your week! If one thing doesn’t go as planned move to the next.

I think i’ve found my new favorite spot here at the farm…soon those bird chirps will be mixed in between sheep baa’s!

I am so thankful and blessed!

Here’s to growing stronger as a person, growing as “A Growers Granddaughter,”growing as a women in agriculture, and most importantly growing to love myself and taking care of myself mentally and physically!

Happy Sunday!

XOXO
