Bring on the challenge

So much going on in the world, our communities, our families, and in life..

So much hurt, sadness, anger, worry and fear!

A challenge to you this week, is soak up the time with your family, go out of your comfort zone and do something you’ve always wanted to do, reach for the stars, talk to someone you don’t normally talk to, reach out to friends, pay for someone’s food or coffee in the car behind you, compliment someone. Send a meme or joke, to a friend. Buy that cake you say you don’t need but want! Lend a helping hand, smile at someone. Be thankful. Help those in need. Support and check on those you love! Do things you don’t want to always want to do! Soak up every minute, and enjoy your life!

Little gestures go along way!

Stop holding grudges and taking life for granted! Stop thinking your shit is gold compared to others! Stop comparing apples to oranges! Stop with all the negativity and hate. Stop thinking just about your life. Stop judging. Stop with all the comments, let people live their lives…who cares if we agree as long as they are happy! Just because you wouldn’t do it doesn’t mean judge that person, you don’t know their situation!

You don’t know what anyone is going through, you don’t know how much longer they will be in your life, you don’t know what tomorrow brings!

Stop sweating the small stuff!

Trust me I typed that and have to continue reading my own words! We are all guilty of at least one of those!
