Literally let me start off by saying DELICIOUS...
Freezer is full of sweet corn...
What a blessing, so yummy
Normally when cooking corn we just boil and drain water and of course add butter.
Tonight I changed it up a bit, and tried something new
1 cup of milk
1 stick of butter
Salt and Pepper
A pot full of water
Cooked on high until water, butter and milk are boiling, then added corn, and reduced to simmer.
and then dig in....
