Today for me, changes start!
The first change, weight or fitness may not be a big deal to everyone, but I have to start exercising again, I have to stop drinking those darn sodas, I have to stop eating that moose tracks ice cream even though it's so good.
You see recently I haven't been the happiest with my body, a lot has been going on and some beyond my control but what is in my control is taking care of myself best I can!
What is one thing you would like to change about you or your life?
For me, my first change is
Starting Monday.. anyone who wants to join in and hold one another accountable, can, NOTICE those from Princeton that I’m not starting the healthy me until after BLACK PATCH, because this girl is going to her a funnel cake.
No judgement zone!
