Just like shopping local is important, so is eating local and supporting those who run the restaurant with your dining in or take out, and by that I mean
non-chain restaurants, the family owned, the farm to table/farm to plate, the mom and pop restaurants. My favorite thing about traveling is trying new things, finding the hole in wall restaurants that are family owned, that started cooking in their own kitchen and eventually building into something they love and dreamed of- owning a restaurant. Those places are the ones you find the best food! Not only when you eat local, or find these hole in the wall restaurant are you helping their business but sharing about the places you find or love to eat at in your town or at a specific location, helps boost their business and brings people in which helps in the community economically. So with that being said : Let's talk about favorite non-chain restaurants Maybe your favorite meal offered there or Maybe even your favorite dessert Stay tuned for some of my favorite in Princeton and more...
